Flaxseed Oil
I just wanted to let anyone who was interested know about the wonders of Flaxseed Oil for the skin.
I've had generally clear skin for my young adult years except for those horrible, large, painful zits on my chin. I've tried so many different cleansers and methods and creams, and blah, blah. Nothing ever worked, another one would always rear it's ugly head.
I read somewhere that someone had success with flaxseed oil pills and the quality of their skin, so I gave it a shot.
I have had one, very small breakout on my chin since I started taking it almost 3 months ago.
So...yay :D
