Foundation Question

My skin is naturally very oily around the nose/cheeks. I've never had a problem using my current foundation until I started a new job. I work around grease all day and my foundation just does not hold/my skin becomes very oily/greasy very quickly. I was wondering if there was a good foundation for this type skin.

As is, after about two hours, I look as though I am wearing no foundation because it has completely disintegrated and my skin looks sweaty, shiny, and unappealing.
