Retin-A Burns
So I'm using Tretinion cream (retin-a) 0.05% for severe hyper-pigmentation from acne. I think I went a little crazy with the cream and now the skin of my upper chest and and shoulders are VERY irritated. It's very itchy and very red, and for some one with dark skin, it takes quite a lot of something to irritate my skin to the point it turns this red.
I was wondering if there are things I could do to lessen the irritation? I haven't used the the cream in 2 days and I've been moisturizing like crazy, but I was wondering if there is anything that will help more.
