I started a new job today, way better than the one I had before. I'm the new marketing assistant at this IT publication company called Network World. So far it isn't bad. I like the people a lot better and I don't have a supervisor breathing down my back nit picking at every single thing I do wrong. My new boss, the Marketing Director, is really nice and helpful. She can actually give me some direction and help me....which didn't really happen at my other job. The only good thing that came out of the job was that I made an awesome friend who I have lots of fun with.
I'm still waiting for a day when I can actually go to the beach. Got fucking blown off last sunday, but I should've known that coming since it's happened before. Why do I trust people so easily? ugh whatever. I'm knocking that person out of my life. Not worth my time.
Well beach day will come eventually I hope. Just not when it's 100 degrees out. Glad I'll be in the AC when that happens this week.
