Chateaubriand said, "Studying the world has taught me nothing, and yet I had lost the freshness of innocence."

Can it be true for some?

I know that for me, the world teaches me so much... and perhaps it is only right that I lose the freshness of youth, that stiffling naivete, as I grow older. The world is no less awesome after I see it at its best and worst. I have lost none of my resolve and purpose; I have only become smarter in my approach. (I hope so, at least.)

We are getting old so quickly. But I cannot seem to wait for it, either.
