So, the semester is pretty much over. I took my last real exam (Civil War) today in which I used the word "ostensibly." All I have left to do school-wise is to tweak and screen my final COMM 034 movie. Tomorrow I have to go to the computer place and authorize them to demolish my computer and re-build it. Apparantly something is wrong with the hard-drive or they need to screw with it in order to replace the CD drive or something. It turns out that the burning of all my vital pictures and writing and other such documents was actually successful, so I think the only thing I need to get off my computer is a saved file of my web bookmarks so I don't have to rack my brain to remember all my favorite sites. I may also make a list of all my programs so that I can remember which I had. I'm not really worried about the music because I believe CopyPod will let me pull it all off of my iPod. Hopefully that's an effective program. Anyone have any experience with it?

I've been playing The Godfather video game and it's pretty sweet, though becoming difficult. The new Streets record, The Hardest Way to Make and Easy Living, is quite brilliant. I need to get the new Thursday record. I'm going home tomorrow for work stuff on Saturday and to take pictures of my sister and her friends before prom. Then coming back up here on Sunday so I can work Monday and do the screening on Tuesday. Then it's New York on Thursday!

I'm excited about summer. Hopefully it does not disappoint in any significant way.
