I never thought id be the one to become emotional over live journal. Im not usually the person who will reach out for advice or comfort over something that is so social. ive always loved to figure shit out on my own because thats really how it should be. Take some time to think about what it is that YOU (<---keyword) really want...whether it be going to school, finding a better job, or even something more simple than that like, getting even better at something you're already good at (e.g. skateboarding or the drums) or start a new sketchbook or portfolio. Something that will make you happy that is all yours and no one else's. Take time to figure out what you need to do to accomplish or achieve the things you want to do. Make a plan. Stick to it. Surround yourself with people who will support you in your endeavor (because it's nice to have encouragement from time to time), and then do it. And it doesn't even need to be that complicated. You are a smart guy Seth, and when you apply yourself, you can do whatever it is you want. After a year and a half I know that about you. I'm not trying to sound cheesy or anything, but it's the truth. I'm sorry you've been unhappy lately, it seems to be a disgustingly contagious trend around these parts...but we're all young and sometimes shit sucks. ( ... )

funny...all this stuff you said to seth sounds somehow very familiar. remember to keep this in mind for yourself, and not become the noble voice of reason, ignoring you.

What makes you think I'm not keeping this in mind for myself? What do we do with good advice? We take what we can, we make it work for ourselves, and eventually put our own spin on it, and pass it along.

on another note SETH: hey buddy you know i love you . but other peoples advice is not going to work for you. others peoples advice doesnt work for anyone. and PS. you want to be running the 'pawn'? well asking people for advice on how to run your life aint gonna get you closer to that goal of being in charge of yourself.

then here is the plan.
me: start cooking crack
you: distribute it to vancoouverites.
there is the money part

then i will drive down with two sawed off shotguns, for the hell of it. and that will be our escape. plus extra spending money. i am sure meth is now sooo passe we can pass crack off as the new pink.
