(no subject)
So if any of you follow me on Facebook you'll know that Dave has been in the hospital since Sunday night. He was having some abdominal pain last week, and it was getting progressively worse. Sunday he woke up extremely late (like 5 pm late) and was complaining of feeling dizzy and faint. When I touched his forehead he felt like a corpse, and was soaked in sweat. I told him that I was taking him to the ER, and while I was making sure that I had his id, and medical cards he asked our friend who was a the house to let me know he was going to need an ambulance.
He got to the ER at 6:30, was admitted and not seen until about 7 and we sat and waited.. and waited.. and waited. Thankfully it wasn't a heart attack, and after running our friend home, and getting back to the hospital it was definitely pacreatitis again and being as he was not holding anything down and had not eaten in 24 hours they wanted to keep him overnight. I went home that night around 1 am, and went to work. Called him from work on Monday and he was told he would be staying until he was able to eat and drink and hold it down. He's been feeling better today, but thus far is still not eating or drinking anything. He has a viral infection on top of the pancreatitis as well.
I will try to update more but I needed to get back to work from lunch.
