It is the end to my very first day here at URI. It is better then I ever expected, I’ve already made some friends and I love my roommate. I got here and unpacked pretty quickly then had a stupid dorm meeting where they told us if we drank we WOULD BE CAUGHT…bs… Then I met up with Lauren and we went to get some free food at the Union. Just so you know, today I:
- Woke up at 11
- Went to brunch
- Went to the stupid Penn Reading Project lecture
- Went to the Penn Reading Project discussion group (where we barely discussed the book at all...so glad I didn't read it)
- Stopped by and got some information about the "Penn Democrats"
- Went to dinner (I ate with all asians! Shweet)
- Met up with my management 100 group and then got pizza with a few of the guys from my group and went back to one guy's dorm room to hang out for a bit
- Called you
- Called home (apparently my mom cried again when she gave the phone to my dad...over me?!)
- Watched some family guy with people in my room
- Went to see two HILARIOUS standup comics at the Irvine Auditorium
- Watched more family guy at this girl Amanda's apartment in Harrison College House
- Missed you a lot
So there ya go! Now you DO know what I did. But come on now, you honestly don't wanna read stuff like this every day! It would get old fast, haha. This is possibly the longest comment post EVER. I think it's longer than your actual entry
