Crinkled linens and twisted phone cords
It is the end to my very first day here at URI. It is better then I ever expected, I’ve already made some friends and I love my roommate. I got here and unpacked pretty quickly then had a stupid dorm meeting where they told us if we drank we WOULD BE CAUGHT…bs… Then I met up with Lauren and we went to get some free food at the Union. They had sand art!! We ate tons and then went back to Jamie’s dorm a really nice guy from Laurens floor. Listened to some Cook and then went to hang on the quad. We went back to Laurens dorm after and pretty much just hung out but it was a good first night. I miss certain people (you know who you guys are) more then I ever thought I would and meeting all these new people and having all these new experiences with out you guys is just strange. It’s so hard not knowing what you’re doing and where you are and knowing that most of the time I won’t and then we are living completely separate lives! I’m really been trying to get my mind off things but its hard. Tomorrow I have a class tour and some kinda movie; it should be a good time
