Ganesh Chaturthi has come and gone by once again, and the celebrations have passed. The poojas, the offerings, various gangs and groups setting up pandals in the streets, buying huge clay Ganesha idols, organizing loud orchestras and disturbing the locals, after having harassed them and extorted money for the "community experience".

So, it *finally* feels like spring up in Maine. Well, during the weekdays at any rate. The weekends seem to be dull and rainy, just like last summer. It is as though the good weather takes the weekends off too.. With the school session out for the summer, there are noticeably lesser zombies students around town.
