looking for the new home
Well then, after my spouse decided finally that we should be room-mates, and i do agree that it is time, he has informed me that he may be moving to Austin TX. I am actually happy about this. We both badly need a change.
However this means that I cannot keep the house that we own jointly. It is too far under water to warrant scraping by for and is unrentable with chronic basement problems.
I am looking at houses in the gay little quarter know as fabulous ferndale, where houses sport gay pride flags and boys hold hands in public (occasionally).
This is where I wanted to move to originally but the houses were far to expensive at the top of the market. Now I am looking at houses very near the neighborhood I actually want between ten and twenty thousand dollars.
Now all I need is great lot of money.
