guys this is something everyone should read, i dunno why but damn the navy for putting it in my head
The Man in the Arena
It is not the critic who counts,
not the man who points out where the
strong man stumbled or where whe doer
of deeds could have done better. The
credit belongs actually to the man in
the arena whos face is marred by dust
and sweat and blood; who strives
valiently; who errs and comes up short
again and again, who knows the great
enthusiasms, the great devotions and
spends himself in a worthy cause and if he
succeds he knows the triumph of great
success, and ,if he fails, he failed while
daring greatly so that his place will not
be among those cold and timid sould who
know neither victory nor defeat.
