The LSU Lady Tigers advanced to the Sweet 16 of the Women's NCAA Tournament, beating Marist 68-49 tonight in the 2nd round of the New Orleans Region at the PMAC.

LSU will next play Oklahoma State Saturday in New Orleans. The Cowgirls beat Florida State in overtime 73-72 tonight in Des Moines.
