[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] He always wears the school-issued pointed hat to class, even though it's optional.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Hacking strikes is okay; ask me first before mindreading.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Okay with me for minor things, ask me before you do anything major.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Ask me first but I'll probably be okay with it.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Headpats and hugs are fine. Flirting will go over Fletcher's head. Kissing would be kind of weird but if your character's close in age to him then I guess it's fine?
