from the projects to the supreme court
i'm so sleepy. its starting to get warm (er) in socal. its about 89 degrees today. whenever i walk in the heat and into an conditioned building, it gets me really sleepy.
i have been wanting to spring up my balcony, so i need to make time to go to the hardware store and buy flowers and potting soil.
i am thinking about going camping for spring break. i long to set up camp deep in the sequoia national forest along the kern river bank. i would really appreciate a night or two by myself, how it did it last year. well, it was me and my dog. that's the plan.
i checked out a book from the college library yesterday. i don't remember when was the last time i checked out a book from a library. but i really wanted to read this book. it's sonia sotomayor's memoir. i know a bit about her, enough to inspire me. i am looking forward to learning more about her "beloved" life. from the projects to the supreme court, one can only dream of such ambitions.
