I used to wonder why so many people have problems talking to others about the issues in their lives which results in their depression, regardless of whether it is major or minor. I've always found it comforting to talk to my friends about personal issues. They seem to be able to work their magic, and transform the major issue into a smaller thing. Something I can place in the back of my head.
But then, I've come to realise that sometimes, it's not easy to simply talk about your fears. As much as you want to get it out of your mind, you’re scared of the consequences. That some of your strongest fears may be confirmed.
You might as well be a lost cause.
