The funniest commercial was just on tv. What was it about, you ask? Premarin, a hormone replacement medication for menopausal women. Not funny, you say? Well, the reason it is indeed funny is when they list the side effects, one of them (and this is a direct quote) "If you have a uterus, there is an increased risk of uteran cancer." Now, uteran cancer is in no way funny, and I am not implying that it is, but if you think about it, I mean, really think about it, saying "If you have a uterus" to a group of women (excluding those who have undergone hysterectomies), is kind of like saying "If you have a brain". So that's my funny saying for the day. Update on the paper: 1.5 pages into my 3 page minimum, and I haven't even started talking about division of labour and parenting.Go team Me!
