Soooooo - finally, some good news about the house. The couple have found somewhere to rent and are moving out of the house around the 16th of Jan.
So Dave's going to inspect on Monday 19th and then give the go ahead for the money to be trasferred to the accountant.
And by te end of that week it will be ours :D :D We are hopefully purchasing their dishwasher and fridge freezer off them too.
Which helps alot.
Dave's got a bit ahead of himself and is looking for a huge TV and surround sound system already - priorities eh?!
But yeh, I'm very excited and cannot wait to get out of shared living - finally!!!
I'm back at work next week. Looking forward to it, I haven't got sick of my job yet and don't have the "I dont want to go to work" in the mornings feeling. I haen't got it yet, and have probably tempted fate right there by saying it. I think i only had it in my last job becausei worked weekends and early morning starts.
I had a lovely Christmas with my family, was home for two weeks and enjoyed it a little too much, I was very sad to leave mum, harry, dad and sam on Sunday. Cheered up a bit now, especially because of the housey news :)
