I just spent 2 and a half hours in a meeting and come out to 15 (omg so urgent!) emails and about 5 post its attached to my desk. I swear i spend half of my day just holding peoples fucking hands! Initiative is not something that has ever been cultivated in this company and it is evident. every. day. /rant
