I'm late posting, but better late than never, right??
Monday- stretch & strengthen- yoga and pilates
Tuesday- 5 miles
Wednesday- 3 miles
Thursday- no run... I just ran out of time!! I had kind of a stressful day on Thursday too, and as I was sitting in band, I was really lamenting the fact that I hadn't had time to run... and wondered HOW IN THE WORLD did I deal with stress before I started running?? It's like a drug! I NEED MY RUN!!!
Friday- 3.7 miles
Saturday- rest
Sunday- was scheduled to run 11 miles, but the rain kept me inside... so I am planning on fitting that one in tomorrow instead.
Total miles: 11.7
I'm slowly figuring out how to make sure I get all the running in with school going on. It's getting better each week!
