Yeah, the penalty for remarriage after divore (i.e. adultery) is death, but the penalty of any sin is death. Guess what? all those people are going to die. They will get their death. Along with all other sinners (i.e. everyone). The story of the Bible is not about how we get to go out and kill everybody; it's about the only way to be saved from this death.
