Today on either Good Morning America or Regis and Kelly, they were talking about helping people get out of debt. One of the points they made was that, if you have a whole bunch of credit cards you are paying on, and you are paying a little bit here and a little bit there, then you really have no leverage. When we bought the new car, they of course had to do a credit check on us. That gave us an opportunity to find out what our credit scores are, and we were happy to find out that they are very good.   Of course that did not happen without a lot of work and some blessings, too.
