I got a job at Jimmy John's a couple weeks ago and I've been working a lot there lately. It's a different crowd from what I'm used to (the depraved, partying crowd). we had 2 fights in the same night downtown a couple nights ago and everybody just ate it up. It was exciting, I admit, but, disturbing that this was our greatest source of entertainment. Everyone just fed off this depravity. I was thinking before that I could spend a couple years working here, but between the drugs and the partying and drunkenness and stealing and talking about women in disrespectful ways, I don't think I would be too happy for too much longer.
Other than that, life is trucking on. I hang out some with people. I'm just waiting and watching. Where will I be next? No idea, but I'm pretty sure I want to go to another country and work in an orphanage. We'll see.
