A date with myself
This weekend, I felt like I needed to take a break from the ongoing hussle and bussle that defines the life of any foreigner here in Korea.
I made sure to get loads of sleep, because getting sick the last week and having been overworked has really started taking a toll on me.
So Saturday, I went downtown with Lili to sign myself up for some Korean classes. She and I will be going every week. I'm happy, we walked in 30 minutes late, and once I finally figured out what was going on, I picked it up real quick. I think I'm finally getting the hang of it!
Afterwards, we decided to take it easy and went for Vietnamese just around the corner. After dinner, we met up with Marc to watch a movie. We were gonna meet up with Ben, Jake and Scott too, but I didn't feel like putting up my appartment for them to shower, so I just told them we'd make it up another time.
Today, I was so exhausted I just bummed around watching my Yongsan copies of Sex and the City! Then tonight I hung out with Marc for a bit. It's great, we're both generally in the same sorts of moods. We both like the same sorts of things, he's like my boy! Not boyfriend, but "BOY".
