I know I spent way too much time in the costume shop those last years at UMBC when I find myself reading a tutorial on how to hack an industrial sewing machine, and finding everything to be obvious, including the link to
McMaster-Carr.
For those who don't know, McMaster-Carr is a hardware store, but not like Home Depot. You go to home depot to by a garage door opener, you go to mcmaster-carr to build a garage door opener, for NASA or Boeing. I'm only slightly exagerating.
There are so many things to hack. Personally, I want to hack my TV. I don't know if anyone else has this problem but pharmasutical commercials have learned how to remotley turn on the spanish closed captioning. They embed something in the signal that pisses me off. It happens on tapes too. Then those rude bastards don't turn it off. So I want to hack the firmware to remove cc2, or all cc if I have too. I think that sould undoubtedly give me the right to wear one of my
favorite shirts.
