To all you bored people who can't afford to go out and entertain yourselves like you used to: Use Condoms! Sex is essentially free and everyone I know is entertained by it. Increasing the population when you have less disposable income is a bad idea. By the time you can sell your offspring into manual labor we should be out of the recession. So, lets not burdon someone with a parasite for nine months only to transfer it to your wallet for the next eighteen years.
