This is not a for sure thing yet. But the medications still aren't working. SO, let's say that you had to choose between giving home-enemas to your cat every two or three days for possibly (but not definitely) the rest of his life OR getting a surgery done on him to widen his pelvis which has, let's say, an 80% chance of working.
