There once was a little girl named San. She lived on a grassy knoll with her pet moose, named Gil, and her pet demon, named Jules. San was out walking Gil and dragging Jules around the knoll one day, when she came across a boy. What made this boy special, was that he was green. His name was Bobby. He told San his story, how his green-ness was once a reason for loss of friends, but was now a "virtue," and a "way of life." San didn't really get Bobby, but she didn't mind, and neither did Bobby.
Bobby liked to jump rope, and was showing San how one day, when she tripped and skinned her knee. This was a terrible thing to happen, because San's grandpa had always told her "if you ever fall over and skin yer knee, yeh better like dyin." San's grandpa was known to be a kidder, but San was also the gullible type. With San in hysterics, Bobby wasn't quite sure what to do. Jules didn't like yelling, and felt that pulling out Bobby's hair was the only logical thing to do. Bobby did the first thing that came to his mind. He tied Jules to a tree, bopped San over the head with a large ham, and took her inside. Chewing on the ham, he pondered. In a few minutes, Bobby gasped. Of course! He should have known all along! Of course Gil would know what to do. So, he asked Gil. Gil shook his head, got a bandaid, fixed San up, and told Bobby to think faster next time.
San woke up with a lump on her head, (the knee completely forgotten) a demon tied to a tree, and a strange taste of ham in her mouth. Bobby never again asked her to play jump rope, and Gil went back to sleep.
