Retraction
I am RARELY wrong!
especially since i hold that all my opinions are opinions, which means they are not fact and i do not declare them infallible (read~ i admit my opinion may be based on (unbeknownst to me)incorrect or unsure information, and when i get the correct or sure information i will amend my opinion accordingly).
But this morning proved me outright WRONG!!!!!
my rant from a few weeks back spoke very poorly of the movie National Treasure. While i will not agree that it made a significant amount of money compare to others out that year, or any years; While i still do not feel it needed a sequal...
I will admit i liked the movie.
My error came in that i was thinking of a different movie, which was on cable this morning. Sahara. i was baffled why people were defending this movie, but i felt, "to each their own". I was reminded how bad it is for the 10 minutes i left it on the screen. All my previous insulting comments stand for THIS movie (and i use the term loosly here, as it is barely in the category of movie).
National Treasure, i would call that a good movie.
My apologies for my mistake.
