Joker DOES want a family!
I just watched this clip from the cartoon series, I haven't actually even seen much of it myself to be honest, but I think this is a very interesting clip still...It looks like Joker really does want some kind of a family with Batsy, no matter how fucked up his ideas are, based on this scene anyway. I don't want to make him into some kind of a poor misunderstood guy, but I have so say that this makes me feel kind of sorry for him :( Makes me want them to be together even more than I already do. Also check out the suggestive dialogue " I will break you in two!" : / Kind of...interesting for a kids show, right!
