Todd Rundgren didn't make it to SIGGRAPH. So instead of meeting the guy who made Flowfazer, I ended up meeting the guy who made Electric Sheep. Not as cool, and not a particularly good speaker.

I also got to see the Reactable in concert and talk with one of its inventors, and this morning I met the guy who did the 3D point scans for that Radiohead

Cool. I'd heard mention of d-touch when I was reading about the markers designed for the Reactable, I think. Definitely going to build myself some sort of interface/table this year...
