THUNDERCATS IS THE GREATEST SHOW EVER ANYBODY WHO THINKS OTHERWISE IS A GAY MAN WHO LIKES GIRLS
But really, I saw the season premier of that new ThunderCats revival the other day. I actually thought it wasn't anything too special, but it was enjoyable regardless. I'm not a fan of the original ThunderCats at all to be honest, since I thought it was boring and ugly. This new ThunderCats keeps my attention though; despite having more than a few clichés, at least it pulls them off in a competent fashion. Snarf doesn't talk, which is awesome because his original version was way more annoying than even Scrappy Doo. The animation is great, which should come as no surprise since it was done by the fabulous Studio 4C. Decent pacing, decent characters, it's just all-around decent. While it's not amazing, I like it enough to keep watching for the whole season, and I hope they keep it on air for a respectable length of time and not something silly like 13 episodes.
