Yes,
Poi (it's really not good). As most of you already know,
The Colleges' parking is enforced by
TAPS. This basically means I cannot have vistors Monday through Friday 7am to 10pm. Granted, they recently added 10 guest spots (which are perpetually taken, especially at night) which is better than last year, but it is still ridiculous. They really should create "guest passes" or something of that nature. I am sure people park in those guest spots during the day and then just scamper off to class or the ARC. Why is parking such a pain in Davis? There are similar issues downtown, of course, requiring residence passes and the like. And I also heard that City Council is planning on making it even more difficult for students to park downtown by changing the allowance times, I don't know if this is valid, just a rumor. I do think it is foolish for people to drive to class when we have such a great bus system (during the day) and there is always the biking option. However, I think it is also unsatisfactory that I am being punished for living so close to campus. I pay rent every month and I can't have visitors. It is like freshmen year in the dorms all over again.
Cupcake Update
I made
Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes for
Miss Jenn De La Vega(n)'s birthday a week or so ago. However, they turned out completely disgusting and was too
ashamed to give them as a gift to her. Instead,
Jardine drunkenly ingested a couple (and claimed 'they weren't that bad') and then I threw them out.
I also made Easter Basket Cupcakes (picture below) and brought them to
Kris' Aunt and Uncle's Dinner extravaganza where I got a dog-sitting offer from Kris' Aunt's mum (grandma-in-law?). Yesss, maybe I can make a living simply caring for animals.
Ze Easter Basket Cucpakes
Something Completely Different
I <3 ukbunnywebcomic, Happy Belated Easter Kids!
Also maybe I got another
Polka-Dotted Dress, maybe. Yeah, I'm a touch ridiculous.
