It seems I've completely lost any skill I had with text. I've accepted defeat and have just decided, screw it, negative space on every icon! I make most of my icons on my Surface Pro now and I still haven't quite calibrated it's settings to my liking just yet. Some of these look too sharp, others too blurry and I feel like the lighting/contrast might be wonky on some too. Eh, whatever. Some of these are from the HBIC battle charmingthrone hosted here.
