Tonight's The Night

We all know that Tonight's The Night is very close to John's heart. There have been a couple of UK tabloid newspaper reports in the past few days suggesting that the BBC has “axed” the show. But it just means that there is no new series “this year”. So it seems to me that this is the perfect time to tell the BBC that they really should commission a fourth series of Tonight's The Night in 2013.

and make a point of asking for your comments to be passed to the team responsible for Entertainment Commissioning. Tell them that Tonight's the Night got great viewing figures (around the 4 million mark) and regularly won its time slot.
Please also consider send a letter to the BBC, telling them what Tonight's The Night means to you and why you'd like to see it return for a fourth series. Have you attended any of the show recordings? Did you take part in any of the shows? Did you perform, or did you nominate someone whose dreams came true?
We need LOTS of people to write, again asking for their comments to be passed to the Entertainment Commissioning team, to show that there is still a huge amount of interest in Tonight's The Night. Please write to:
