Anniversary Cake
Today is my folks 61st wedding anniversary. I baked a 3 layer carrot cake. I only used 2 of the layers for the cake. The biggest and the smallest. There is not a lot of size difference in the layers. I frosted it with cream cheese frosting. Then I made my butter cream frosting to decorate with. I put little stars around all three edges. So far so good. Then on the top I put one solitary rose. Again looking good. I added 2 leaves to the rose. My cake looks good. I am proud of it. My clown cake was really good also, this one I am just so proud of, no one watching over me, no one around. I am taking it over there this evening. We are having cake and ice cream around 6.
