thanks for the note. I am researching now for someone who is qualified to do lymphatic massage as the lymphodema is causing much of this pain. GVH (graft vs. host disease) is the other main problem and that is just my body fighting the transplanted Bone Marrow for dominance. Because of this I am on immune system suppresents . I have to be very careful of any alternative medicines and or herbal therapies as my immune system is still that of a 8 yr old and its being supressed at that. I have to get vacinated for all childhood diseases all over as well so I must be careful there as well. To put it all very simply I must trust and go along with my Transplant team concerning all therapies due to complications that alternative approaches may cause. Most of the time things are well, and have been progressing very smoothly , but nothing is a guarentee and there are times when something may kick up and begin to cause troubles as they are now. Much of the complication is also caused by side effects of the meds I am taking to keep me healthy. so its another thing to go through, but sometimes I cannot deal with the thing or its complications and I bitch, moan and cry. There ya go !
