So, apparently the Westboro Baptist Church are planning to picket at Comic Con this year. They're best known for picketing soldier's funerals, Holocaust memorials, and anywhere else where waving around "GAYS AND JEWS ARE EVIL!!" signs will get Fred Phelps more attention in his ongoing crusade to live in a Jack Chick comic.
They do know this is Comic Con, right? The most concentrated collection of eccentric, jaded and willing-to-dress-up individuals you're likely to get in one place (to quote someone on the lulz potential of the whole thing).
I can only imagine how EPIC the counter-protest is going to be. If the WBC don't get rickrolled by Batman at least once, the internet has clearly failed our generation.
