Counting the hours
Today was my last day of work before my trip. I'm in the final stages of packing my suitcase. I'm glad I started doing that early in the week. I had time to finish watching last week's Torchwood mini-series, in between hunting for things that haven't seen the light of day since I moved here. A few more last-minute packing decisions to make, and I'm done. Ready. Waiting to walk out the front door.
I leave for Tokyo on Sunday, at an obscenely early hour that I usually only see from staying up. I'll fly out from Japan on Tuesday, spend a night in Vancouver, then head on to San Diego. Once the insanity of Comic Con is over, I'll be heading home to Canada for two weeks.
I can't believe this trip is actually HAPPENING.
