My grandma is stable, but the trip to the hospital set her back just because she is 89 years old, has Alzheimer's, has a malfunctioning heart. She suffered a partial stroke, but is pretty much back to normal. Her bloodpressure etc. are all good for now. I went to see her yesterday and broke down at her bedside. My grandmother was taken to the hospital today. Over the weekend they discovered her heart wasn't functioning normally, and by today her swelling had gotten so bad (and also she wouldn't let anyone touch her), and she was screaming from the pain that it was best to take her in ( Read more... )
