bare_bear speaking. Trying out posting via Semagic.
copperbadge has been using Semagic to update his journal(s) for years, and I finally asked him about it. Turns out, it's a program that you download onto your computer, and if I understand things correctly, you don't need an internet connection to write posts. You can just save the posts to upload later, which, considering my once weekly access to the web when I'm back home, is a godsend.
The interface is nice and compact, which is a nice change from LJ or DW. I just need to figure out how to cross-post to DW, and I'll be golden.
