Can software help you fall asleep?

I really want to try one of these things out just to see if it indeed has any efficacy. Because I know my biggest problem is shutting off my brain. :P

Well, I woke up around 11:30 and laid in bed for an hour. This bodes very well for tomorrow, when I have to be up and coherent *well* before 11:30 in the morning. I predict not being able to sleep at all tonight yay me ( Read more... )
