The Interview!
Well, the place is like 2 minutes away from my apartment. I found it easily, but then spent like 10 minutes trying to figure out the parking garage...woah. Anyway, I noticed immediately when I got off the elevator and went into the office, that these guys are for real. Chrome plated designer office, it was really slick. I met with one of the executive guys for like 45 minutes and we talked about the company and how I could fit in and things. He seemed very interested, the only thing I bungled on was I didnt bring a hard copy of my portfolio, ugh. Dumb me, I just assumed the online version would be enough. Anyway, we're going to meet sometime again next week or the end of this week for another interview. The job he wants to put me in involves developing a site that interfaces clients and realtors in real estate for lots of different cities. It all sounds pretty big, and also involves possible travel if everything works out. Even better! =)
