The day before
and I still haven't put actual clothes in an actual suitcase. My whole sleeping schedule is off this week. And I am still not sleeping uninterrupted, which is driving me stark staring, as you can imagine.
You know that old Merrie Melodies cartoon where the farmer is trying to get Daffy Duck for dinner, and Daffy pretends like the farmer cut off his head and starts flapping about like a chicken sans a head?
Guess who's a headless chicken today.
And it has the nerve to be overcast today too- which just adds to my overall 'feh' feeling.
I am now airing my pillows and washing my sheets (so they don't walk away on me), and will hopefully start packing. Apart from that, I just have to touch up my bathroom (tub) and maybe give the kicthen and front room a good Swiffering (mopping is for people who have more time than I do). At most an hour job, give or take.
With my overall lack of energy and willpower, watch it take all afternoon.
And I will miss seeing 'Harry Potter' tomorrow. That TRUELY vexes me no end, as you can imagine.
I will most likely not be posting tomorrow, as I am sure the travelling will knock me sideways, so at the earliest I'll be posting on Saturday sometime. I hope. Maybe.
