Hooray for days off
Because I was some kinda wiped out. Seriously.
So what did I do yesterday? Not much really- deposited check, went to get my hold items from the the library and went to Borders to get my special order mangas. MAN did I clean up yesterday!
I purchased:
-'Jazz' vol. 1 (very good, recommended)
-Love Mode' vol. 1 (this one was okay)
-'Desire' (pretty intense but well written)
-'Earthian' vol. 2 (LOVE this series)
-'Shinobu Kokoro- Hidden Heart' (man....this was funny and hot and GOOD! Highly recommended to yaoi fans)
Today I ran several errands on both sides of town- a workshop, picking up special orders (one of my Avengers books came in!) and getting some food before coming home for a while and then going to do some proofreading for a family friend (which I got paid well for, yes!), then went to see a MDCC production of 'True West' with my Mom this evening, which I think she rather enjoyed.
Now.....I am so sleepy I can't see straight. So much for reasting on my two days off! :)
EDIT @ 12:43 a.m.: In keeping with the Olympics vibe currently in the US, tomorrow one of my fave bois, Apolo Anton Ohno will be competing in the short track competition, but alas...I must work. *bleh* Anyone who loves me will drop me a comment or such telling me how my skater boi does. I will love you lots and lots. :)
