Filing Things

Bad
1. This is not my homework.
2. I'm terribly behind in my reading. As in, I should be 100 pages further than I am, but at this point, I just don't care.
3. I'm breaking out again.
4. DRAMA EVERYWHERE! \o/
5. I realized today that it's already the middle of February, and my application count is stupidly low.

Good
1. Pikachu-colored Pichu, preorder of Heart Gold (because Ho-oh is badass, and I want that figurine), sexy new DS case, and hanging out at the mall with two of my favorite people ever.
2. One of whom turned out to be a good rant buddy.
3. Back to the Future arrived from Netflixland. I should not be tempted to pop it in before Thursday to "test out" the DVD.
4. Working on the new FFNet/SRNet version of AEM chapter 6.
5. Oops, I kinda signed up for 1sentence and am halfway through set alpha. It's not as good as Capricorn and Cancer because I keep wanting to reuse prompts, but some of them are kinda fun. Samples:

#06 - Rain
"I don't know why you like living next to the ocean. It rains too damn much," Lanette said haggardly into her knees; she was too busy looking out the window at the dark night in sheer terror to notice what he was doing until he wrapped his arms around her, told her it wasn't so bad, and somehow - as if by magic - made her feelings of dread vanish.

#37 - Technology
"At this point," she said as she stared blankly at the plans for his latest invention (and God knew how a device intended to buzz when a trainer who might want to battle you was within twenty-five feet of your person could ever be considered practical), all drawn out neatly in the pages of a notebook, "I'm inclined to assume you're just inventing things because you have a fetish for new technology," to which he responded with a sheepish grin that she didn't understand until she came to the end of the notebook and saw the plans for the other invention he wanted to create.

Grammar abuse intended because it's 1sentence.

And yes, I do plan on redoing the same set done for Capricorn and Cancer, only with new sentences. Hopefully. If not, I'll just attach that to the appropriate spot.
6. Also, nearly finished with working on something else. And at least the readings for the aliens class is done.
