I've got a paper due at 7 PM on Monday, a quiz at 9 AM on Tuesday, and a paper due at God knows when on Friday. I really want to go to the dance tomorrow at around 9 PM, but I'm stuck on the paper primarily because I hate the topic I've chosen and partly because it's supposed to be a history paper but is, instead, turning into a lit crit paper. I need to get it finished by Sunday night so I can spend Monday studying for the exam on Tuesday so I can use Tuesday to spend reading over the material for the paper on Friday. Both papers need to be five pages long, give or take.
The conclusion is that if the first paper isn't at least three-quarters finished by dinner tomorrow, I obviously suck at life and will probably skip out on the dance. Which might be good because I really don't see how I'll completely fail at writing a paper two days in a row, which means I could get the other stuff done early too.
Assuming, of course, I don't fail like I did tonight.
