...I have secretly always wanted to own a fur coat.
2. What’s the best memory you have of me?
The first thing that comes to mind is when we'd first moved in and you came in and washed my back. I felt like a real king in Egypt. I'm going to have to repay you for that some day. ...No that's not just an excuse for seeing you naked.
3. What’s the most complicated dish that you’ve made on your own that you’re particularly proud of?
This is going to sound completely insane, but it was actually when I learned to build the ice cream sundae our restaurant serves. It's three scoops, piled one on top of another, on a bed of cornflakes, surrounded by whipped cream and cream puffs. It is SO FUCKING HARD to put together without knocking the ice cream over. I mean- everything else feels kind of familiar, but that was just- construction. And it sucked.
4. I’m thinking we should try our hands at pet ownership… Thoughts? I’m not really a dog person, and I think cats are the devil, so what else could we get if we do…?
Not a bird. Never a bird. Ami has a parrot and he TERRIFIES me. I think he'd tear my eyes out if I fell asleep around him. ...Uhm- I don't know, what other options are there? Do you like rodents? Or reptiles...? Futch always had snakes around but they seem kind of boring when you can't talk to them. Fish are easy. We could have fish. And if they died, I could cook them for supper!
5. So, you know - since moving in together, we’ve become one of those old fogy couples who just stay in all the time and don‘t have much of a social life… Any ideas how to remedy this?
