Okay the last entry was bullshit.
Honestly? I know at least 5 guys at school who would die to go out with me. And, lucky for me, I think I picked the best one. And I love Tyler, I do. And so for him, and ME, I wanna be 120 soon.

Last time I weighed, I was 129 (gained 2 lbs :[)
Anyway, I want to lose that 7-9 lbs...and hopefully in a SOMEWHAT healthy manner.
Eating less.
Eating WISER.
Cutting out butter, white bread, BROWNIES, caloric drinks, eating out.

I need to focus on the 2 meal rule.
Water, tea, diet coke.
String cheese, wheat bread, cereals, soup.
Eating in. Going grocery shopping. Not freaking out about an empty fridge.
Taking advantage of downstairs workout room. Or at least a few crunches.
